Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week (BBFW) is revamping its image with a focus on the younger generations. The Barcelona bridal fashion show and trade fair, which will hold its next edition from April 14th to 18th at the Montjuïc exhibition center in Barcelona, has launched a new image under the slogan “No Needs Explanation,” a call for the freedom, versatility, and personal expression of Generation Z.
With the goal of “connecting bridal fashion with new cultural, visual, and consumer trends,”BBFW is beginning to prepare for its next edition with a new visual theme centered on the dress. Murcia-based designer Mariano Moreno, tasked with creating the piece, has conceived the dress as “a modular system consisting of six interchangeable pieces with a design that can alter its silhouette during the celebration and take on different configurations, ranging from a more ceremonial version to short, versatile styles,” the organization explained.
The garment, as noted by Bbfw, translates into a design that addresses a growing trend among new consumers: the search for adaptable, reusable pieces that can be worn beyond the wedding day

At its last edition, the fashion show attracted more than 23,500 visitors, 81% of whom came from 107 countries—primarily Italy, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Brazil—and also expanded its international presence among exhibitors, 87% of whom were from outside Spain
