EIGHTH DAY Launches at Space NK in UK Skincare Expansion
14 September 2026
Eighth Day has launched online and across 20 Space NK stores nationwide, marking the science-led luxury skincare brand’s first full launch in the UK market
The rollout, which began on 8 September, follows the brand’s arrival at the Violet Grey concession at Harvey Nichols. It gives Eighth Day broader distribution as Space NK expands its portfolio of clinical and dermatologist-founded skincare brands
Founded by Dr Antony Nakhla, a US-based clinical researcher and dermatologic surgeon, Eighth Day draws on his experience treating more than 10,000 surgical patients. The board-certified dermatologist specialises in reconstructive procedures and wound healing, with the brand developed around the skin’s natural capacity for repair
The brand sits between professional skincare and luxury beauty, using formulas designed to work with molecules naturally present in the skin. It comes as consumers move away from correction and towards maintenance, with growing interest in preventative treatments and measurable results
At the centre of the range is Peptide-rich Plasma, Eighth Day’s patented technology, developed following more than 20 years of research. Inspired by platelet-rich plasma, the complex contains 24 bioidentical synthetic peptides and other components, including amino acids and growth factors, intended to support the skin’s renewal processes

The Regenerative Serum leads the nine-product Space NK assortment. Containing the range’s highest concentration of Peptide-rich Plasma, it is designed to address 10 visible signs of ageing, including the appearance of lines and changes in firmness, texture, tone and radiance
The wider collection includes The Night Cream Treatment, The Reparative Moisturiser, The Intensive Moisturiser, The Ultra-Rich Intensive Moisturiser, The Eye Renewal Cream, The Resurfacing Tonic, The Resurfacing Tonic Pads and The Restorative Cleanser. Prices across the assortment range from £70 to £650

Eighth Day arrives alongside SkinCeuticals, which has launched online at Space NK and at its Battersea store. The initial selection includes C E Ferulic and P-TIOX Serum, while the Battersea treatment room is offering aesthetic treatments incorporating SkinCeuticals protocols
“We’re always looking for new ways to bring our customers brands and products that genuinely make a difference to their skincare routines, and SkinCeuticals is a perfect fit,” said Annika Dover, Commercial Manager at Space NK
The additions come after Space NK’s biggest skincare launch of 2026: Prequel’s first expansion outside the US. Touchland is also set to debut in the UK through the retailer on 29 September, bringing 18 hand care, body and accessory SKUs to its full store estate and online
The portfolio expansion continues amid a change in leadership. Former Chief Marketing Officer Emma Simpson-Scott succeeded Andy Lightfoot as CEO on 13 September, following a decade at Space NK
Hannah Quy also joins the business this month as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing finance, property and distribution, while Tiff Ruis joins from Ulta Beauty as Senior Vice President of Retail & Ecommerce
